James Keir Hardie
James Keir Hardie (15 August 1856 – 26 September 1915) was a Scottish Socialist and a founder of the Labour Party. During his life he was a miner, journalist, union leader and the MP for both West Ham South and Merthyr Tydfil and became the first parliamentary leader of the Labour Party.
